In the case where a customer requires a custom designed tray, CME will generate a CAD drawing of the tray in collaboration with the mogul manufacturer.
Once the CAD drawing is approved, CME will commence the tool build, this takes approximately 9 weeks’ time. Once the tool build is completed, CME will send 2-3 trays to the customer for initial testing.
If required CME can also manufacture a small batch for further testing before commencing full production of the tray order.
